C12000 copper strip, also known as Deoxidized Low Phosphorus (DLP) copper, is characterized by high electrical conductivity, good corrosion resistance, and excellent formability. Containing a minimum of 99.90% copper with a small amount of phosphorus, C12000 is deoxidized, reducing susceptibility to embrittlement when heated. This makes it suitable for welding and brazing applications. Commonly used in electrical applications like bus bars, conductors, and grounding strips, C12000 is also favored in architectural applications, roofing, and decorative elements due to its malleability and attractive finish.
